# Distance Sales Agreement ## 1. Subject This agreement governs the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of the product or service ordered electronically by the BUYER through the SELLER's website, in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation on distance contracts. ## 3. Product / Service The type, quantity, brand and model, colour, unit count, sale price and payment method are as stated in the order summary and in the order confirmation sent to the BUYER. Listed prices are sale prices and remain valid until updated. ## 4. General Provisions 1. The BUYER confirms having read and understood the pre-contractual information on the essential characteristics, sale price, payment method and delivery of the product, and having given the required electronic confirmation. 2. The product is delivered to the address stated by the BUYER within the statutory period, not exceeding 30 days. 3. If, after delivery, the amount is not paid to the SELLER by the issuing bank because the BUYER's payment card was used without authorisation by third parties through no fault of the BUYER, the BUYER returns the product to the SELLER and the shipping costs are borne by the SELLER. 4. In cases of force majeure preventing timely performance, the SELLER notifies the BUYER, who is entitled to cancel the order. ## 5. Digital Products For services performed instantly by electronic means and for intangible goods delivered instantly to the BUYER (licence key, digital file, access code and similar), the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised once performance has begun with the BUYER's consent. ## 6. Right of Withdrawal The BUYER may withdraw from the contract within **14 (fourteen) days** from delivery of the product to the BUYER or to the person at the address indicated, without giving any reason and without paying any penalty. Notice of withdrawal may be sent to [email protected]. Where the right of withdrawal is exercised, the box, packaging and any standard accessories must be complete and undamaged. ## 7. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the BUYER's specifications or clearly personalised, goods liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly, sealed hygiene goods unsealed after delivery, services performed instantly by electronic means, and intangible goods delivered instantly. ## 8. Disputes Disputes arising from this agreement are resolved before the consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts competent at the BUYER's place of residence, within the monetary limits announced by the competent authority. ## 9.
